It's a World of laughter a world of tears, it's a world of hope it's a world of fears, there's so much that we share it's time we were aware it's a small world after all.

Travel the waters of the world around every continent and country, follow the children of the world along your way as they join together to bring you It's A Small World. The tale of love and harmony joined together though mountains may divide and the oceans are wid.

See Big Ben, The Eiffel Tower, Hollywood hill, The Pyramids, The Tower of London, The Collosium and many other landmarks in this one place.

Located at the back of Fantasyland It's A Small World works as it is the grand finale to the European tales and creates a view that Fantasy is enjoyed by the children of the whole world and features landmarks that embark upon taking Fantasyland in Disneyland Resort Paris around the globe featuring America, which is not included in the other versions of this attraction.

It's A Small World is a Disney attraction that is loved and hated by all who ride it, the ride has a type of annoying yet great atmosphere, the animatronics, music and scenes make most people either happy or scared. Disneyland Resort Paris made sure they had this attraction, a simple way to fit it into the Fantasyland in Paris was to place it at the back of the land like a type of finale to all the tales around the land.

The Imagineers went for inspiration all over Europe to make this version the best there is, including travelling in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Spain and Italy to record children from each of these countries singing the song It's A Small World for the attraction. The interior was made so it had no walls between sets, this would add to the idea the world was united without any borders, as compared to that had been created for the other Disney parks in the world. This was an unused idea Walt Disney himself had created for the New York World's Fair version of the attraction in 1964.

When the attraction opened in Disneyland Resort Paris the colour scheme on the exterior was different to that we see today since up until 2002 it was a darker colour scheme. Though when the attraction closed for a major rehab in 2001 the attraction gained brighter more pastel shaded tones and the exterior was not fully uncovered till mid March 2002, even though the attraction did reopen for October 2001.

The post show area since 2004 has become even more interactive for children with the feature small talk, where children visiting Disneyland Resort Paris pick a character from it's A Small World and can interact with characters from all over the world in the attraction.

During Christmas season It's A Small World used to hold host to special festive decor and also a new festive soundtrack to fit with the countries in the attraction. However Disneyland Resort paris no longer uses this idea of It's A Small World Holiday that still is featured during Christmas at Disneyland Resort California.

The attraction can also be seen as the inspiration behind the Millennium parade in Disneyland Paris Disney's ImagiNations Parade giving the same idea as It's A Small World through the floats, but also the musical score "All Around The World".

So it all looks like after all though the oceans are wide and mountains divide it still is A SMALL WORLD!
